We are Namibian, born and raised in the town of Swakopmund. Our love for coffee originated there, as we witnessed first-hand,the rise of a distinctive, unique and vibrant coffee culture that captivated locals and tourists alike.
We immigrated to Denmark in 2019 and, inspired by the blend of global influences, local flavours and traditions of the Namibian coffee industry, as well as the social aspects of coffee consumption, we recognized the potential and need for great Specialty coffee on Lolland Falster.
We believe that great coffee holds a significant social value that goes beyond its taste and aroma. Coffee has the power to bring people together, foster connections and create meaningful social interactions.
As a result coffeehouses and cafes serve as important social hubs, offering spaces for people to gather, converse, build connections, work, participate in cultural events, or simply unwind.
Growing up in Namibia, the first African country to embed environmental protection in its constitution, instilled a deep connection to nature in our family. This upbringing taught us to respect the environment and diverse cultures, forming the strong foundation of our commitment to sustainability.
We believe in safeguarding nature and supporting the livelihoods of the coffee growers. So you can rest assured that our green coffee beans are sourced from companies that share our values of ethical and sustainable practices.
